To begin with, I love my work!  That really defines my path from one of seven siblings, through growing up in beautiful Trinity County, loving the natural elements and beauty of the forest and river -- and learning my work ethic from my upbringing, my Father and a Grandfather who were both old-world lumberjacks!

I didn’t start out in Real Estate!  My work path began in several sales related fields, the travel business and then an interest in residential real estate that was motivated by a friend who was working with Country Air Properties.  I got my Real Estate license in Lake County in 2004, and started my career with Country Air Properties. Once I got started, my interest and skills just took off, and I knew it was the career I wanted!

It was also important to me to get good guidance from established experts!  I learned a lot about sales and marketing from Dale Carnegie, Floyd Wickham and Buffini and Company.  And, I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).   

The challenge of finding the right buyer for a client wanting to sell their residence is a challenge that I like and accept!  It means knowing my market, marketing that seller’s product successfully, making the right match for my seller -- and experiencing two satisfied parties.  In my 19 years with Country Air Properties, I achieved my sale dollar volume of $77,000,000  with over 400 transactions.  I have specialized in first time home-buyers, VA loan buyers, Lake front homes and second homes.  

My personal interests are partly modeled from my close family upbringing, a long heritage in the timber industry and an enduring love for travel!   Our large family – my husband, Harold Taylor, our daughters, many cousins and grandchildren -- loves to spend huge Thanksgivings together – and we gather yearly to camp on the beautiful Trinity River.  I like to read and am usually immersed in a good detective story or an intriguing novel -- and I enjoy gardening.   Thru volunteering with worthwhile community projects, I was honored with the Byron Whipple Community Service Award.

Residential Real Estate Sales!   I believe I am good at it because I love my work!
