Jim Magliulo

Jim Magliulo joined the Country Air Real Estate team 15 years ago and quickly took over the Commercial Division. Born and raised in California, Mr. Magliulo spent 4 years in the US Coast Guard and is a Vietnam Veteran. After his stay in the Coast Guard, he started working in the printing industry where he successfully started and operated many businesses to include Pacific Press, East West Graphics, Jamar Travel Group, JLM Marketing and others. Proof of his ability to run a tight and profitable business was his success in billing over $2,000,000.00 in yearly printing business for 10 consecutive years with only himself and one employee. During those years he also personally bought and sold over 20 of his own residential and commercial properties. His business marketing experience and skills have been vital to his personal success and in helping his commercial clients. He currently holds Country Air Properties’ top sales record for one year in Lake County with a sales volume of $26,700,000.00 and in his time with the company has sold well over $100,000,000 worth of commercial and investment properties. He maintains an average of over 20 listings, almost all of which are investment or commercial related properties. Some of his sales accomplishments include the sale of the Ferndale Resort, Work Right Building, Lakeview Mobile Home Park, Royal Oaks Resort, The Record Bee Building, Big Oaks shopping Center and many more Lake County Investment Properties. He takes pride in being able to successfully market and sell higher end investment and commercial properties.

Mr. Magliulo resides in Lakeport, California and is 3-time Past President of the Lake County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also very involved in many community activities. He enjoys racquetball, biking, fishing, and golf, and even gets to do them sometimes. He also enjoys just being with his wife, children, grandchildren, and other family members.
